I would like to give coach Spratt credit and say she used to be a really good coach back in the day. Unfortunately, now I feel she has not adapted to the game, and it has outgrown her very fast. Very superstitious, and did not ever change her lineup because of that. Practices and warm-ups looked the exact same for every year I was there. Down to the exact number of ground balls each person was hit (not joking). One to the right, and one to the left for every position. She cared about winning, but not enough to grow with the game or challenge her players. Spratt cared about her players and did do what she thought was best, but she just needs to go with the game and she hasn't.
