Fosters poor team environment. Does not develop players. Only interested in working with specific playing styles. Double check it’s a good fit before committing. Hired someone questionable staff, but did rectify somewhat. Cares about players well being. Issues must be brought to attention. Has not changed coaching style since beginning of career, the rest of the league is beginning to catch on. Verbally abusive at times. Slow to intervene in player disputes. Strongly encourages academics. Overall experience was 3/10, I would have been happier elsewhere.
