Tracy Johnson is one of the most dishonest, vindictive, loathsome hypocrites that I have every come across. Her unwritten moto is to punish every infraction and reward no amount of extra effort. She may be the only person on earth that kicks over garbage cans in the locker room after 5 goal periods, and then punish the players who were on the ice when they were scored. She regularly blames persons not associated with the play for goals scored against her team and lauds players that are clearly beaten on other plays. Her disconnect between what is happening on the ice and what she perceives as happening are widely know by her players. In one instance, when leading 17-0, a player on the bench had to recommend to her that it might show sportsmanship to go easy on the outmanned team. Her response as if she had no clue as to what was happening was “Oh! Maybe so.” To a person, her players hate her. One of her favorite ploys is to embarrass players who may have questioned such things as their amount playing time by convening a meeting with other players. She then berating them in front of her teammates. This has more than once forced the humiliated player to leave the team disgraced.
