She does not promote a healthy and inclusive environment. She communicates to players by holding small meetings before practice and telling everyone why one player is no longer starting. She doesn’t understand the game at all and makes very poor coaching decisions in terms of positions and formation. She’s very demeaning and none of her staff have the courage to say something about it. Avoid this coach.
