Sydney is a good coach but lacks on the administrative side of the spectrum. I feel like we often did not know what was going on and were questioning pretty simple things like practice times. I think if shu had a set assistant coach, that he would be able to delegate tasks a bit more effectively, but since they have new coaches often he is not able to do so. I would recommend playing for him just make sure that you are organized and ask questions for all the off-the-field stuff.
