Do

Check your comments, once or twice before posting. Check your grammar. Make sure you are only rating a coach that you have played for.

Do

Discuss the head coach and his/her staff's coaching abilities including style of play and coaching style. Also, discuss overall experience as a student-athlete.

Don't

Use profanity, name-calling, or derogatory terms. And, don’t claim that the coach shows bias or favoritism for or against players.

Most of the practices were not adding value to the team and were not helping to approve team performance and individual. If she didn't like you, she would make it known to the whole team, certain people she would hate for no reason. Has done some very shady things to certain players. She doesn't believe in you and makes you feel worthless and unworthy. Never gave chances to certain people. Blames the pitchers for almost everything. She doesn't control her team. Very toxic environment that is created by Shelli herself, which makes for useless drama and makes players miserable. She is a narcissist who thinks everything she does is correct. Players made the practice plans. Every year, tons of players end up quitting. You were more likely to play if you sucked up to her and became her best friend. She doesn't hold errors accountable. She makes promises and never keeps them. She talks about how we are a "team" but ends up talking poorly about all the girls. She commented at practice, "I only play straight girls," and has made other horrible comments about weight. Went through a player's phone without their consent. She would be a crybaby on the sidelines if we were losing the game or were playing horribly. If you struck out, she would look in the other direction and not say a word. I have tons more to say, but I want this to be a manageable essay.
