encouraged a very toxic team atmosphere. let’s girls on the team treat teammates however they want there’s no discipline for bad behavior with girls being rude/disrespectful to others. Makes too personal uncomfortable comments to the girls either about looks, personality, and body size. team bonding is a lot of going to parities and if you don’t he will get upset for not being involved. really he only likes extroverts and people who are out going, so if you don’t party and don’t smile a lot you get a lot of hate from him & the team.
