I had a fantastic experience playing for Rhonda. The coach you meet during the recruiting process is exactly the coach you get. She knows the game and has the support staff to expertly coach every position. She brings in experts to develop mental skills, team unity, and other psychological aspects of the game. She helps players, without judgment, to get academic support if needed. She makes an effort to connect with every personality on the team, and figure out how to bring out the best in each individual. She is approachable and willing to consider and discuss an opinion that differs from hers. She can be stern when needed and kind when needed. She truly cares about her athletes and wants to see them succeed in every aspect of their lives. I could not have asked for more in a coach.
