Great wisdom and track experience, lacks deep track and field knowledge to truly develop high performing athletes to reach their potential. Often benefits from solid coaching support staff, however abrasion between coach Hilliard and support staff often leads to high turnover in the staff. Feel that the potential of this program and facility would be better managed under leadership that is more focused on the performance of the collective program apposed to personal goals.
