He is pretty thorough and demanding. On field communication could have been better at times but it also came down to certain players’ personalities. Knows the game, creates a competitive atmosphere, and cares for his players. Brought in a new assistant that has helped create good balance within the staff.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Knows the game in an out. At first thought he wasn't that approachable but that has definitely changed over time. Some younger players may find him unapproachable at first but that changes once you get to know him. I have had a good positive experience under him. Players that don't play as much may feel a little left out but I guess that would happen anywhere. He's strict but I like that and want accountability. He cares about his players and their goals.
