Holman is stubborn and spends most of the time not coaching but on his laptop, and will become angry when athletes political views do not match his own. Easy to each via email or phone which is nice, communicates well in large group setting, but lacks skills with individual athletes, and will find that growth is hard to accomplish while on a team with Coach Holman.

Coach speaks well and develops relationships with recruits and those visiting college. As relationships develop communication skills leave most important information regarding team, meets, individual ability, and important dates and times out of the loop. Coach Holman rarely actively coaches allowing workouts to speak for themselves leaving the coaching to the work out written on the board and not to verbal or physical gestures, even when in competition. Promotes team bonding in boring and uninspired ways not all to be blamed on the coach but possibly both on the forming and background of team.
