This coach pits players against each other and creates a toxic environment. She has minimal knowledge about the game and has no ability to improve the players she gets. She received a powerhouse team since taking over, but has run it into the ground despite significant pull from the college itself; check the team’s record. I know I’m not supposed to claim favoritism, even if it is blatant and/or if I may or may not have direct knowledge of it from a member of the coaching staff, so I won’t. Run from this program. Don’t believe me? Talk to literally anyone on the team. It’s a shame because the school is amazing, but you have to weigh that with your field hockey dreams, because this team is a graveyard for them. You’ve been warned.
