The fact that 4 players quit this semester alone says a lot

Kim Zarling is rude to not only her players but to other students on campus. Her coaching staff that back her up are comprised of someone who rarely shows up and another that doesn't know what she’s talking about. She herself has no clue what she’s talking about, that is when she decides to talk to you at all. Coaching can be tough and intimidating but the fact that you can’t have any direct conversations with players is pathetic. She has lied to players faces and loves playing players who bend over backwards for her. It seems that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about in the slightest and consistently makes poor decisions that lead to her team losing. And she has fostered an idea of losing is okay. A loss is okay, losing 9 games in a row (as of writing this) is not okay. I could go on and on about how she has ruined Beloit Colleges softball program and as long as she is here expect to lose almost every game or to not even play at all. We have had numerous great players quit this year alone because she only plays the same few players every game.

Academics are not a focus at a D3 school. Poor coaching caused the team to lose games. Extremely poor communication skills with the students and coaches.
