Not a good coach. She gives no feedback to players at all, doesn’t give reasoning for play time or subbing, ruins people’s confidence. She hired her dad as our assistant coach, but everyone can tell he is really the head coach. She doesn’t even write her own practices, she uses notes her dad writes in a notebook to run practice and constantly has to ask for clarification. Overall she has no idea what she’s doing and no one on the team ever knows what’s going on.
