Coach Rogers has gone from this program but while she was there she was a liar, abusive, ignored athletes illnesses, mental health and injuries. She kept making athletes do extreme amounts of work even knowing they had injuries and illnesses. She was a liar to my parents about being the "mother" and would take care of us, she controlled all the staff and wouldn't let them take care of us either. 10 players left the roster in 2021 and 1 of the players was her best friend's daughter! The culture was toxic and even other players treated the younger ones like dirt instead of being mentors and leaders. She left VCU because of ongoing legal trouble she did not resign. If she pops up somewhere else be very wary of signing into her program.
