    Do

    Check your comments, once or twice before posting. Check your grammar. Make sure you are only rating a coach that you have played for.

    Do

    Discuss the head coach and his/her staff's coaching abilities including style of play and coaching style. Also, discuss overall experience as a student-athlete.

    Don't

    Use profanity, name-calling, or derogatory terms. And, don’t claim that the coach shows bias or favoritism for or against players.

    No communication with recruits let alone active players and personnel. This does not know what he is doing. All the players say to get out while you still can. The drills in practice don't fit the style of play in games. makes no sense. Why would a coach with any IQ at all do that? This guys has no sense of community or inclusion. Still have no clue why the AD has not fired him. Kneeland = complacency.

    horrible practices: drill selection makes no sense, never get to play small sided or large sided. Horrible communication with players. Does not have a personal relationship with any of his players. Overall game strategy is ineffective.
