Coach was more concerned with keeping her job than developing her players and fostering a team environment. Very inconsistent in communications with the team. As far as development, very little was done to assess players and develop their games. During events, did the minimal needed to assist players on the course. Spent majority of time in the cart. Then just berated the team post round and in the van. No well rounded feedback. While she may have been a good coach in the past, coach was probably in the role too long and the administration did nothing to support the team knowing what was happening with coach. I’d think very carefully before looking at UC (not just women’s golf).
