Shouldn't be a leader of young men. No communication skills. Has his favorites and doesn't develop players; plays freshman over upper classmen even if the skill level is minute. Poor leadership, communication skills. Great recruiter. Notice on the team rosters that he coaches how many upper classman play versus freshman and sophomores. Doesn't care about his players only what they can do for him at that instant. Will discard players knowing he can get another incoming freshman in his stead. Not ethical. May know the game, but his style is 'kickball' kick it over the top and chase; soccer shouldn't be played like that. Skilled players will not flourish in his soccer style.
