This coach doesn't get it. I have been here for four years, and all she does is make the same mistakes. Yell at the bench. She states the same feedback and doesn't encourage an actual team bonding experience. I could not leave due to my major, but I would NOT encourage anyone to play for her. Her grad assistant and Coach Cierra are terrible. They talk about the players with other players and are mentally horrible for the girls on the team. She doesn't understand how to develop a team culture and encourage each other. I am glad to be moving on.

Coach Pearl is not a good coach. She breaks players and causes drama on the team. She doesn't build or get to know her players. What she did as a recruiter is not what she does as a coach. Very disappointed!! Run away!

Coach isn't looking at the whole person. She only recruits local talent. Disappointed that she isn't what she presented to me during recruitment process. I would choose a different school if I could do it over.

Recruitment was great but once on the team, you get another coach. She doesn't set the tone for positivity. Many times she is caught up in the chaos and is unaware of what is going on her team. The girls need structure and coaching to improve. They want to win and do well but the team isn't structured for this.

She breaks down players and doesn't build up. More of a manager than a coach. She doesn't communicate with players and players are unaware of where to improve and are intimidated by her. She is not an approachable coach.
