She is incapable of taking accountability for her actions. She literally cannot accept that the girls that she chooses to play together DO NOT MESH and that's why there is loss after loss, she also is incapable of coming to the realization that she creates terrible line ups. Doing the same thing over and over is the definition of insanity. Keeping the same line up loss after loss is insane. Keeping girls on the bench game after game to watch their teammates lose for everyone when they could possibly contribute positively is just straight torture. Let's PLEASE make some changes!

Coach Astrauskas has given me great guidance in my playing career. I have watched her care about her players on and off the court. She has been someone I can trust with my academics, playing career, and personal life. I would highly recommend playing for her and the program she has created.

Respects players and considers what is best for them academically and athletically.

This coach has her favorites. The players that are not her favorites are disrespected, berated, called out in front of the team and gets name called. She plays head games with her less favorites and will talk behind their backs to other players. This is not how a good coach should treat their players!
